.Regular inspection‌: Regularly inspect the appearance of the pipeline to check for cracks, corrosion, deformation, loose joints, etc. At the same time, check whether the pipeline support and fixation are firm to ensure that the pipeline will not be displaced or damaged due to vibration or external force‌.

‌.Cleaning and maintenance‌: Regularly clean the dust and dirt on the outside of the pipeline to prevent corrosive substances from corroding the surface of the aluminum alloy. For internal cleaning, it should be cleaned or purged regularly according to the properties and use conditions of the pipeline conveying medium to remove accumulated dirt and moisture‌.

‌.Anti-corrosion treatment‌: For the outer surface of the aluminum alloy pipeline, an anti-corrosion coating such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, etc. can be applied to improve its corrosion resistance. For the inside, if the conveyed medium is corrosive, a suitable lining material or coating should be selected, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), epoxy resin, etc.‌.

.Leak detection‌: Regularly perform leak detection, especially for the connection parts and welds, to ensure that no leaks occur. Professional detection equipment, such as ultrasonic testing and pressure testing, can be used to more accurately detect potential leaks.

.Avoid mechanical damage: During the installation and use of pipelines, mechanical damage such as impact and scratching should be avoided. For parts susceptible to mechanical damage, protective measures should be taken, such as adding protective covers and protective plates.

.Comply with operating procedures: Use according to the design and operating procedures of the pipeline to avoid improper operations such as overpressure and overtemperature. Train operators to ensure that they understand the correct use and maintenance methods of the pipeline.

.Establish maintenance records: Establish pipeline maintenance records, and record the details of each inspection and maintenance, including date, inspection content, problems found and treatment measures. Through record analysis, problems in pipeline use can be discovered in a timely manner and preventive maintenance measures can be taken.
